1991 Gründung des Unternehmens TALOS Computervertriebsgemeinschaft GmbH als Marketing und Einkaufsgemeinschaft für den Computermarkt zusammen mit Herrn Thomas Kruse - Founded the concern as TALOS in 1991 together with Tomas Kruse.

1992 Umbenennung in PC-SPEZIALIST Computervertriebsgemeinschaft - Renamed to PC-SPEZIALIST in 1992

1994 Entwicklung des ersten Franchise Storetyps - Developing the first franchise store in 1994

1995 Eröffnung des ersten Superstores auf Franchisebasis - Opening the first franchise based super store in 1995

1996 "Franchisenehmerpreis" Norman Rentrup Verlag - Franchise Member Award in 1996

1997 N-Store Entwicklung als Nahversorger; "Gründerpreis" Herrn Günter Rexroth, Bonn - First Smale Franchise Concept Store in 1997 and Founder Award of Germany from Günter Rexroth, Bonn (secretary of state for trade and industry).

1998 "Retailer of the Year" Eurochannels, Paris; Umwandlung in PC-SPEZIALIST Franchise AG - Award: "Retailer of the year" - Eurochannels, Paris - Commutation to PC- SPEZIALIST Franchise AG

1999 "Franchise Hitliste Platz 1" Magazin Chef; Börsengang an den Neuen Markt, Frankfurt - Franchise List Place No. 1 in Germany and Stock Exchange Listning in Frankfurt at the New Market.

2003 Umplatzierung der restlichen PC-SPEZIALIST Aktien an Institutionelle Anleger - Placed the rest of the shares of PC-SPEZIALIST AG to institutionell share holders.

2005 Start des Projektes Nicky Creation - Starting project Nicky Creation.
